The bite4life challenged motivated my team to get out of the office everyday and walk for 30min to hit our 10 000 steps for the challenge. A great team building and fitness idea for the workplace!!!
I had such a great time doing Bite4Life!!!!! I lost over 10% of my body weight and started exercise and eating better.... Such a great program!!!!
