Refund Policy

bite4life website will refund any payment for goods and services if the order is cancelled within 7 days of it being placed or within 7 days of the goods being received. The return of the goods and services from the customer will be at their cost, on receiving of the goods bite4life will fully refund the money providing the goods are not damaged in any way. To cancel or return goods, e-mail us at info@bite4life.com.au after receiving the request we will take the steps to refund your money providing the goods have not been damaged in any way.
